Groupon's local Stars campaign is designed to showcase some of the UK's most exciting and best loved businesses.

Yvette Farrell, business owner at Harts Barn Cookery School in the Forest of Dean has today been crowned a local Star, winning an award for providing outstanding customer service and community support from Groupon. Harts Barn Cookery School is all about ‘COOKING FOR ALL' from Banquets to Basics. We are based in the beautiful Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire on an awe inspiring site dating back to 1068. They view cooking as an essential life skill – our ethos of ‘Cooking For All' means that we offer classes that are accessible, affordable, give confidence and are lots of fun.

All classes offer a hands-on element and will focus on gaining practical skills and knowledge. Harts Barn believes in the ‘socialisation' of food, bringing people together whether they are learning a new skill in the kitchen to sitting down and enjoying the soiree! As well as cookery classes we run regular events, pop up restaurants, a Rent-A-chef service, parties, corporate packages, chef demos and have a wonderful Earth Oven on site for outdoor cooking experiences.
