With the high cost of college and the lack of time students have because of classes, studying, and extracurricular activities it's hard for students to earn money by working a job. One idea is to turn your extracurricular activities into an activity that can earn you an income. These students in the video have done just that, taking hobby that they love and sharing it with others for profit. It helps them develop a precursor of what they want to do once they graduate, this help them lay the ground work for potential and returning clients, and also they developing and/or curating a business model for a future business that they may want to develop.
