Dierks , a family owned and operated located in Ava, Illinois, was founded on the basis of Grass-fed and Grass-finished beef even before the health benefits were brought to light.  Today, they believe in Grass-Fed and Grass-Finished because it benefits their family, their animals, customers and the environment.  Dierks practices are centered around the humane treatment of animals.  The animals are raised on stress free grass that is rotated on a regular basis both for the animals and the environment. Their cattle is never given antibiotics or steroids and never fed grain. Their grass fed beef is all natural as God intended it to be.  The Dierks' family has a close relationship with the soil and water conservation service and has received Soil and Water Family of the Year.  This proves that our environmental spans all throughout their farming practices.

Dierks was a finalist for Infusionsoft's Small of the Year in April 2017. Dierks won the award and was named Infusionsoft Small of the Year 2017 on April 27, 2017.
