Located in Gainesville florida, Cypress & Grove brewery a fifteen barrel neighborhood production brewery, which was developed from a neglected building that was once “frozen in time” and was rediscovered by two couples with a dream to work together to create delicious beers and inspiring space. With the help and support of their families and friends, this dream led them to a former staple of the Gainesville community, a place of import and historical significance, Gainesville's former ice house.

Know for their five mainstay beers–Blonde, Pale Ale, IPA, Stout & Porter–they've added a sixth to the lineup: an American Wheat Ale. Fermented using an American ale yeast leaves this beer tasting bright and refreshing, letting the wheat malt flavor shine through. A bit hazy and light on the hops, add a slice of citrus for the perfect summer refresher.
