Second Chance Saloon, located at 5888 Robert Oliver Place in Columbia, MD is expected to close near the end of March 2014.

The main cause for closing is repairs that are needed on the building that the owners aren't interested in paying for. However, if Second Chance Saloon can get approved for the loans themselves, and negotiations with the landlords go well, they may be able to remain in business. They have yet to formally sit down and speak with the landlords about loans and financing options though. Hopefully they will get that second chance, take a look at their story.
