Welcome to Food Grails, a new First We Feast travel series hosted by Miss Info.  These are America’s food grails. In episode 1, Miss Info meets a group of young,  African-American entrepreneurs from Watts, South L.A, and Compton who are shaking up the taco scene, finding new meaning in L.A.’s iconic street food.

Watch to find out about the upstarts in south L.A. like All Flavor No Grease, operated by Keith Garrett, Trap Kitchen which was started by Chef Spank with the help of his friends News (Sous Chef) and DJ Kev. Also Taco Mell, which is ran and operated by Jermelle Henderson, and why rappers like Casey Veggies and Nippsey Hustle patronize them.
