Donckers and The Delft Bistro a restaurant, soda fountain, sweet shop combo has been a part of Marquette’s Michigan downtown for more than 125 years. Creating the best tasting, highest quality product that they can, using wholesome, all-natural ingredients from-scratch. The food is drawn from local suppliers, to promote a positive, local economic impact within the community

Donckers’ building and business may be historic, but its approach is very contemporary. They make ethical decisions in regards to how their business impacts the world using renewable energy, biodegradable and compostable packaging, recycling, and composting food waste are examples of how they aim to do better for the environment. Also the building is equip with high efficiency equipment, solar roof panels and 1,700 LED lights that illuminate the restaurant’s signature marquee.
