Teens Grow Greens Entrepreneurship Apprentices are kindly hosted out of Escuela Verde and their neighbor Newline Cafe in Silver City, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This program encourages teens to explore concepts and skills needed to start their own business, like financial literacy, event planning, and customer service. Escuela Verde Newline Community Cafe is a school-based enterprise cafe that offers students entrepreneurial experience in every facet of running a business. Every coffee you purchase not only helps our students hone their barista skills, but trains a future accountant, designer, communications specialist, or independent business owner.
