Budget Blinds of Boise is looking for an Experienced Installer who wants more than just another construction or handyman job. We install custom window coverings that transform homes throughout the Treasure Valley, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional quality and outstanding customer experiences.
Every day you'll visit beautiful homes, meet great customers, solve unique installation challenges, and leave knowing you've made someone's home even better.

What You'll Do
- Install custom blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, motorization, and specialty products.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges.
- Protect customers' homes with professionalism and care.
- Work alongside one of the most respected installation teams in the Treasure Valley.
- Help train and mentor future installers.
Working Environment
You'll spend most of your day on the road visiting customers throughout the Treasure Valley. Every day is different. One morning you may be installing motorized shades in a luxury home, and that afternoon you could be hanging custom shutters or drapery in a new construction project. If you enjoy staying active, solving problems, and seeing immediate results from your work, you'll love this role.
What We're Looking For
- Window covering installation experience preferred.
- Strong carpentry, finish construction, or handyman skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Clean driving record.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and comfortably work on ladders.
