Veronica Holden, owner of La Mancha Coffeehouse and the daughter of a Puerto Rican immigrant making a difference by giving back to her community through several programs she implemented geared toward the youth of the city such as La Mancha’s Homework Help program – which offers a safe place to go after school with free snacks and help with school work. La Mancha serves breakfast and lunch anytime, with special dinner items exclusively on Friday and Saturday afternoons until close.
