The name “Lillie B.” originates from Lillie Belle Brown, a strong, vibrant, and loving woman born in McDade, LA in 1922. Endeared by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren as “Nini”, Lillie B. touched the hearts of so many through her candid words of wisdom, generous spirit, witty sense-of-humor. Karena Simon the great-granddaughter of Lillie Belle Brown,inspired her to share the gift of mentoring, unconditional love and support, and empowering lessons to young girls across the nation, starting in Houston, TX.
