Brooklyn Bell, an ice cream shop founded in 2011 by the husband and wife team of Ron and Kati Cunningham in Brooklyn, is a purveyor of strictly craft foods. Their ice cream is made with a custom recipe of fresh cream and milk, turbinado raw sugar and egg yolks.
