Now turned personal chef and baker, and having weight under control, he's now a vegan and focuses on texture and taste and a understanding for the need for healthy and nutritious food.

Ray's vegan Soul creates foods that are flavorful, nourishing, delicious, sophisticated and unique. All of their food are made with the best, freshest ingredients and we are organic whenever possible. Many of Ray's delicious masterpieces are made from whole grain flours (excellent health benefits), alternative sweeteners, (unrefined and healthy), and pure cold-pressed oils. These products are gluten-free and vegan made whenever possible without the six most common allergens: dairy, gluten, peanuts, eggs, corn and soy.
